The following terms and conditions govern the relationship between indianvisacentre.com. and its clients in the provision of e-visa consultancy services. By engaging our services, clients agree to abide by the terms outlined herein. Please read them very carefully before accessing our services. The below terms and conditions are applicable against your use of our services, including our website, application form, data submission and other personal and non-personal details. These terms and conditions are aligned to ensure a clear understanding of your rights and responsibilities while using our services as well as after the services are delivered.

It is important to note that these terms and conditions apply to all users, including those browsing our website, providing their personal details without using our services. We may update our terms and conditions time and again, and any changes will be effective immediately upon making them public by posting online through any means or medium. Your continued use of our services after the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Limitations of Our Liability

www.indianvisacentre.com. and/or it’s Owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the services or the website content. Unless otherwise required by Law or this agreement we shall not be liable to you for any delays or mistakes resulting from any circumstances beyond our control, including, without limitation, act of Governmental authorities, national emergencies, insurrection, war or riots; the failure of merchants to honour the card, the failure of merchants to perform or provide services, communication system failures or failures attributable to your equipments, any internet service, pr any payment system. In the event we are held liable to you, we are only liable to pay you a maximum of the amount you paid to us for availing our services. In no event shall you be entitled to recover any indirect, consequential or special damages (whether in contract or otherwise).


Terms of User Accounts and Content Restrictions

Users are prohibited from posting or transmitting through the indianvisacentre.com. site or service any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.


Terms Related to Indian Visa Application Process

Applicants from eligible countries/territories can apply for Indian e-tourist visa and e-business visa 1 days before the date of arrival for a validity of 30 days, 1 year and 5 year as per their requirements.

For e-Medical Visa, e-Medical Assistance Visa and e-Conference Visa, applicants can apply online at least 4 days before the date of arrival with a period of 120 days. Example: If applying on 1st January, the applicant can select an arrival date from 5th January.

A most recent coloured passport size photograph which can also be clicked by the applicant themselves anywhere but with a plane white background and a scanned copy of their valid passport page containing personal details such as name, date of birth, nationality, expiration date, etc. must be uploaded compulsorily by the applicant when it is asked in the application at some stage. In addition, there may also be other necessary documents to be uploaded depending on the type of electronic visa.

The application may be rejected if the uploaded documents and images are unclear or do not meet specifications given by Government of India. If applicants are unable to upload the documents themselves then they may call the customer support to seek their help in doing so.

e-Visa India fees are country specific. Bank transaction charges of 3% shall be additionally on e-Visa fees. The fee must be paid at least 48 hours before the expected date of travel otherwise application may be delayed or not processed.

Applicants must carry a copy of Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) along with themselves at the time of travel. Applicants must ensure that their ETA status appears as 'GRANTED' on their Visa Grant Letter prior to commencement of their travel. Applicants can track the status of their application online by clicking Check Application Status.

Biometric and other details of the applicants shall be mandatorily captured at Immigration check posts on arrival in India.

e-Visa once granted is non-changeable, non-extendable, non-convertible and it doesn’t permit any traveller to visit Protected/Restricted and Cantonment Areas. If you intend to visit Protected/Restricted/Cantonment areas, you would be required to take prior special permission from the Civil Authority

The e-Visa fee payment status may take a few hours to be updated sometimes due to technical reasons or network issues. In case e-Visa fee has been deducted but status is not updated, the applicants are requested to contact customer support before make another payment.

Travellers from Nationals of Yellow Fever affected countries must carry YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION CARD at the time of arrival in India, else they may be quarantined for up to 6 days upon arrival in India. Please visit the guidelines of Ministry Of Health & Family Welfare latest guidelines regarding yellow fever countries here.

Passport used by the applicant should have at least six-months validity from the date of arrival in India. The passport should have at least two blank pages for stamping by the Immigration Officer on arrival.

The applicant must travel on the passport on which e-Visa has been applied. Entry into India will be allowed on a new passport even if the e-Visa has been granted on the old passport. However, in such cases, the traveler must also carry the old passport on which the e-Visa has been granted. International Travellers should have return ticket or onward journey ticket, with sufficient money to spend during his/her stay in India.

International Travellers having a Pakistani Passport or are of Pakistani origin may please apply for regular Visa at the Indian Mission.

E-Visa is not available to Diplomatic/Official Passport Holders or Laissez-passer travel document holders.

E-Visa is not available to individuals endorsed on Parent's/Spouse's Passport i.e. each individual should have a separate passport.

E-Visa is not available to International Travel Document Holders.


Important Note :
For some reason if the Indian visa application is incomplete or lost before submission or something went wrong the time of making the payment, the applicant must contact our support centre at support@indianvisacentre.com before initiating a fresh application to avoid any sort of duplicity as multiple application of an individual may lead to rejection of all the applications. The officers at the support centre shall help retrieve the existing application.


Terms of Services, Pricing, Payments

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Our services are not available in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law.

Upon submitting the application and payment of the total fee, clients will receive a confirmation email detailing the copy of their filled application and the invoice against the amount paid. www.indianvisacentre.com. reserves the right to cancel an order at any time prior to processing in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

We accept the following methods of payment: Ru pay, Visa, Master and Bank Transfer.

All fees and prices are subject to change without notice and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Visa services obtained from www.indianvisacentre.com. shall be processed within 3 business days of the order and delivered within 4-7 business days. The visa Grant or Rejection letter shall be emailed to your registered email address only for privacy and security reasons.


Terms of Cancellations and Refunds :

The e-Visa fee once paid is 100% non-refundable. The approval and rejection is given by respective Indian Government Visa Authority. www.indianvisacentre.com is only responsible for processing your application irrespective of VISA BEING REJECTED or GRANTED.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the Indian Laws, without giving effect to the conflict of law principles thereof. For the purpose of litigating any dispute that arises under this Agreement, the parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction in New Delhi, India and agree that such litigation shall be conducted in the Delhi courts of Law in India.
